Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 6-month-old infant with Hyponatraemic seizure who was taken to the hospital as she doctors provided her with doses of phenytoin and midazolam in order to terminate the seizures. It notes that her mother fed her green cordial and accepted formula feeding without the understanding of its consequences.
