Abstract: Nocturnal enuresis is a common childhood sleep disorder affecting 6% of children aged 5-12 years in Australia. It has a multi-factorial aetiology and most children with this condition can be successfully managed by a simple approach that includes counselling, an enuresis alarm, and pharmacotherapy. This article describes a review of the literature of the evaluation and management of this common paediatric condition.
