Help with Copyright

MNCLHD libraries operate to strict Copyright legislation. 

Our exceptions (Sections 49, 50 etc)  for reproducing work (or requesting from another library on your behalf) can be found here at the Copyright Agency website.

If you request an item and we can locate it freely available online then you are welcome to share that with colleagues, project team etc.  If another library supplies the article you requested then by law the article cannot be copied, shared, emailed or photographed - in other words it cannot reproduced in any format.
